Registration with UKCHIP

If you work in health informatics - in whatever role - you should register with UKCHIP as a Health Informatics professional.

Being accepted on the UKCHIP Register will:

• Demonstrate your professional status as a health informatician
• Prove that you have suitable qualifications and experience accredited by an independent health informatics body
• Show that you work to the agreed UKCHIP Code of Conduct and standards
• Allow you to stand, and vote, for the UKCHIP Council
• Let you play a part in shaping the health informatics profession

The easiest and preferred way to apply for registration is through the Online Registration and Renewals site. 

Or you can download an application form to complete offline and email to the Registrar on registrar@ukchip.net.
