Setting up a Registration Account

When you first enter the online registration site you will be asked to set up a personal account.  You will then be able to complete the application form (in stages if necessary), saving and returning to the form as often as you wish.

As your username, you should use the email address you would prefer UKCHIP to contact you on.

You will need to create a password (of six or more characters), but please remember to make a note of it in a secure place.  If you do forget your password, there is a button on the login page where you can request your password to be reset and sent to you again.
